RCS Comparison table and ease of use

I have moved some of the information (end of line conversions and tags) 
in that table to the one on wikipedia. I have added 2 more columns to 
the features table but am not sure about their status for many of the 
other version control systems. If anyone else knows (or sees something 
wrong in those columns) then please edit...
