[MERGE] commit/push/pull/uncommit hooks, and pull --overwrite into a checkout.

This follow up adds the new semantic hooks I promised giving five clean
hooks, all documented in bzrlib.branch.BranchHooks.__init__ - 'set_rh',
'post_push', 'post_pull', 'post_commit', 'post_uncommit'. These hooks
fire after the matching operation on a branch has taken place.

As part of this I noticed the current inability to pull --overwrite into
a checkout, which is rather inconsistent, so I fixed that too.
