I'm still not convinced by the +N == newly added file, but I'm very 
happy to have this sort of thing be consistent and to have whatever 
formatting we need be encapsulated in a single location. So if we decide 
to change it we can easily change one place.

However, you need to update 'bzr status --help' because right now it has 
no relation to 'bzr status --short'
