[BUG] bzr locks itself when pushing from branch to a checkout in the same shared repo

So the fact that push encounters this was introduced in 2250, but the
point I bring up is with a different setup (a checkout bound to a branch
in the same repository).

However, it is at least a similar if not effectively the same bug.

Also, to clarify, I forgot to add some "bzr add" statements before 'bzr
commit'.
