[ANN][Plugin] merge-into

I just wrote a plugin which provides a single new command:

  bzr merge-into LOCATION SUBDIR

Basically, it allows you to merge another bzr branch into this one. It
assumes the branches have disjoint history, and its primary goal is just
to make it easy to nest (by-value) another project into an existing one.

I realize Aaron is doing much better work on nested-trees, and I think
he is adding a command "join". I'm not trying to supersede his work, I
just needed something for me, and figured other people might want it as
well.

It is a little hack-ish, but it works under the conditions I need it to.
