It is also possible to embed the discussion page within the
specification page (as has been done at
http://www.wuglug.org.uk/DraftConstitution) so you can keep the current
format but separate the actual location of the comments by adding
'[[Include(SpecTopic/Discussion)]]' to the bottom of the page.
