I like tags in CVS and don't understand difference between tags and branches in SVN.
So it's good for me.

I.e. when I pull form branch in one repo to branch in another repo?
It's good because this simplify mirroring.

So incoming realization of tags move bzr even closer
to be first decentralized system instead of fully distributed.
Again it's not bad or good, it's our main feature :-)
