Ran 4280 tests in 1373.531s

FAILED (failures=32, errors=53)

Top 4 of failed tests:

[Errno 17] File exists 31
SmartTCPServer_for_testing: end of file reading from server 29
SmartTCPServer_for_testing: Generic bzr smart protocol error 9
The path funky-chars<>%&;"'.weave is not permitted on this platform	4

In attachments you could see list of all failed tests, and for
some unique failed tests their log output.

I think 'File exists' is raised because of problem with path length
limitation on win32. I think this is false positives and it should be
fixed by using numbered dirs for TestCaseInTempDir instead of
named dirs.

The last in top (funky chars) is also false positive: this tests
should be skipped on win32. They simply useless.

I cannot say anything about smart server failed tests -- it's just
not in my competency.
