Heavyweight checkouts don't work with bzr-svn yet. See
https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/bzr/+bug/79330 for details.

I'm currently trying to fix this, see the "[MERGE] Add Branch support to
CommitBuilder" thread for more info.
