Is this an official release you were using, or was it a development
snapshot. Because we haven't had SFTPSubprocess since bzr-0.10 (we
switched to SSHSubprocess in bzr-0.11).

Further, all definitions of either one have a 'def recv_ready()' going
back all the way to bzr-0.8.

If you are still experiencing this can you give us the output of 'bzr
- --version'. As well as 'bzr plugins'?
