I think 'protocols' is the most correct term in the technical plane.
And I agree 'bzr help location' also useful. In any case I think we need
slightly adjust the help for commands that use LOCATION and BRANCH
parameters to point this new topic for details.

PS: I wonder why we don't have more complex infrastructure for arguments
like for options with Option class?
