bzr performance benchmark

It's been nice to see bzr's performance continues to improve. However,
I just did a simple comparison between bzr 0.13 and Hg 0.9.3, and
notices that Hg still run about 5x faster on committing the bzr 0.13
source. I have the feeling that the difference may become even more
significant with larger source.

At this rate, I wonder if bzr can quite meet the claim with
"performance equivalent to the best in the field" by the time 1.0 is
released in less than three months.

In any case, I hope the will be more focus on the areas that 'count'.
