By popular demand, I've added support for branches / remote URLs to ls.

This means that on remote URLs, ls will default to the basis tree,
whether or not there is a working tree present. And on local treeless
branches, it will also default to the basis tree.

This adds BzrDir.open_containing_tree_or_branch, which I imagine will
also be useful for other commands, like diff.
