Hi all,
This is a corrected patch to deprecate the old ways of setting the
default format.
It also updates all test cases to avoid setting the default format,
except those test cases that are actually testing that mechanism.
Along the way, it introduces a format parameter for BzrDir.create,
BzrDir.create_repository and BzrDir.create_branch_and_repo.
It also allows the testcase convenience functions to take strings as
format parameters. If strings are supplied, they are looked up in the
format registry.
Many, many tests were testing BzrDirMeta1 specifically. I'm not sure
why. But BzrDirMeta1 is no longer specific enough. In those cases,
I've replaced it with 'knit'.
