Well, you don't have unknowns, added, etc in remote paths :) And it
starts to become tricky when you realize that 'bzr ls' returns relative
paths, so you need to parse off the relative portion, and then add it
back at the right time, etc.

But I think the #1 reason is that nobody has implemented it.
