Sorry for replying to a long forgotten thread...
Anyway, trying to copy subversion plugin does not sound like a good idea
-- I looked at it two years ago and it had about 50000 lines by then.
Besides it uses the subversion java bindings, which bzr does not have.
However there is a darcs plugin for eclipse, that should be easier to
understand and easier to adapt since it uses external command.
