Another thing about the web site:
I think the plugin link should go to the plugin registry.

Sure, it can have links to "How to install plugins", but when people
click on "plugins", they expect to see plugins.  And the BzrPlugins page
is not a helpful destination for anyone who already knows how to install
plugins.

One of my coworkers also suggested that we should index it by plugin,
not by command.  Perhaps we could have an index of commands as a
separate thing.
