I was wondering if we could add an automatic Refresh time to
http://pqm.ubuntu.com/

It could be something really long, since things don't change a lot. Like
5 or 10 minutes. That should keep load from being a problem, while still
not requiring a lot of manual checking and reloading.

I'm not sure who actually wrote the code, so I'm just recommending it on
the mailing list.
