[MERGE] selftest fix: by default create testing tree with binary line endings

It's annoying to each time after new tests added take this on win32:
FAIL: blackbox.test_cat.TestCat.test_remote_cat
'contents of README\n' != 'contents of README\r\n'
And this is hard to catch when patch is reviewed.
In the past John says that we probably need to change default settings
of self.build_tree method to use binary line-endings.
Attached patch provide this change.
Also note that similar method self.build_tree_contents use only
binary line-endings. So this change make both methods behave
the same way.
