Standard Python distribution missing for encoding map of codepage cp720
(OEM Arabic). In attachment you'll find missing file.

You need to manually place this file into archive at
C:\Program Files\Bazaar\lib\library.zip. Place file cp720.py
in the directory 'encodings' inside this archive. (You can open
library.zip archive with any appropriate Zip archiver program,
or even with built-in support of zip archives in Windows XP
as compressed folders).

After you place this file into archive, bzr will works without such errors.
