Do you have a recent version of python-subversion installed (either Subversion 1.5 or one of the patched packages)? See http://bazaar-vcs.org/BzrForeignBranches/Subversion#head-7aa86df6694cb624b25d2c0aa2df6d684a2f8147 for details.
