on leave

I'm on leave until the start of January from Canonical. I'll still be on
email and so-on, but unlikely to be doing major bzr stuff during this
period.

Specifically, dont look for reviews, nor for me to polish of my
in-progress work. Please feel free to branch anything I've started and
finish it :)
