Hi all,

as the 0.13rc1 announcement has been previously sent out, bzr.dev is now
open again for 0.14 development. During this last week of the 0.13 cycle
we thus have the first week of the 0.14 cycle. That means we don't have
to sit still and wait for the 0.13 final, there is plenty to do in the
mean time!

I'll once again stress the merge request queue:
    http://bundlebuggy.aaronbentley.com/

When you want to have something tracked by Bundle Buggy, please use
[MERGE] or [PATCH] in your subject, and preferably a bundle for
automated tracking of the merge status. After reviewing a patch anyone
can vote using the web interface (ask Aaron for an account if you don't
yet have one), or just comment on this mailing list.

There has been some discussion on the new ignore rules recently. That is
one of the things I hope we can get into 0.14 early (others are the
configuration policies and progress bar updates).

Other than by reviewing patches, you can help by doing bug/feature
triaging work, see the two following launchpad urls:

    https://bugs.launchpad.net/products/bzr/+bugs
    https://blueprints.launchpad.net/products/bzr/

I've been thinking of organising some time and people to focus on
cleaning up our bugtracker ala the Debian Bug Squashing Parties
(http://wiki.debian.org/BSP), perhaps the weekend of 15-17 December.
Coordination would happen via the Bazaar wiki and #bzr on freenode.net.
If anyone is interested, please let me know. Anyone is welcome to help
out, if you're unfamiliar with Malone or the bzr codebase, we can do a
bootcamp at the start of the time period.

Last but not least, keeping our wiki and other documenation healthy
needs to be done too.

last-stretch-of-0.13-release-management,
Wouter van Heyst
