Asked for password twice when pushing

Hi,

I just recently noticed that bzr has started asking for the password
twice when pushing to an sftp location. The first is prior to pushing,
then the push seems to complete (as bzr tells me how many revisions were
pused) and then bzr asks for the password again. Nothng seems to happen
after it asks for the password the second time.

It is a little annoying....
