svn2bzr is out of date regarding API changes that have been happening
on bzr for a while.  The project isn't dead though.  As soon as a good
support for tags in bzr is implemented, I'll bring it back alive.

You can also convince me to work on it sooner, if you're unable to
convert your repository without it.
