BB is specifically about trying to not lose track of all the patches
that come through. In essence, trying to make sure the community doesn't
feel left out.
I know I really appreciate it when people take the time to review
patches, and I think everyone else does too.
BB has helped to keep track of recent requests, when you have hundreds
of recent emails.
So we really want it to be a way to include people, and be responsive.
Not as a way to be exclusive in any way.
