Hi all,

Bundle Buggy is back online.  I was able to get it back with all the
previous data intact.  I'm now wise to the fact that the String type in
SQLAlchemy is not necessarily a bytestring, and have changed patches to
be stored as Binary accordingly.

A few patches were missed during the outage, but everything else should
be there.
