Well, in the past month I've been realizing that we shouldn't stall as
often as we do. Some of that is beyond my control (Robert and Martin
have been busy with things other than doing code reviews). Some of it is
also relaxing our requests a little bit, and avoid requiring perfection
rather than allowing changes that just make things better but not perfect.
We have enough hoops to jump through at this point that development is
staring to really stagnate. So I'm trying to look into it more closely
and try to get things going again.

You may want to import that patch into Bundle buggy, as it should help
to keep from forgetting it. One of the reasons I was trying to go
through the backlog. Though I must say it *looks* nice to have the BB
queue be less than a page long.
