I changed it, but you are able to as well. We only require a login to
reduce the amount of spam on the wiki.

I tried to change the REFRESH to be a REDIRECT, so it would
automatically jump to the new page for any old links. However, it
doesn't seem Moin supports REDIRECT to outside of the moin namespace.
(At least an http:// url gets tacked onto the end, rather than being
treated as a distinct entity).

So I changed the main page and /Tutorials since I knew about those
links. We should try and fix any others that we come across.
