[RFC] why .bzr.log does not contains info about command and parameters

In past versions of bzr in .bzr.log each chunk of debug info started
with logging of command-line parameters. Now it's gone. So searching
through log you need to guess what traceback belongs to what command.

Is this intended? If yes, then why?
