[ANNOUNCE] bzr-0.12 released

On Mon, Oct 30, 2006 at 12:15:30PM -0600 I heard the voice of
John Arbash Meinel, and lo! it spake thus:

For future reference, can we collapse these sort of things down?  It's
kinda unnerving to read "You can't do X" and then follow right up with
"You can do X"...
