[MERGE] cleanup centtralized workflow document

This week, Alaa Salman gave me some editorial assistance on my
Centralized Workflow documentation. I'm pretty happy with the results,
so I created the attached patch, and updated the wiki.

I'm going to just merge it, because the documentation is already posted,
and I think it is better. But if people want to add comments about the
documentation, or give more suggestions about how it can be improved
further, I'm listening.
