Revision-id of the bazaar version

Note that r1710 of bzr.dev was a merge of the fixes made on the 0.8
maintenance branch (http://bazaar-vcs.org/bzr/bzr.0.8/).  That is,
r1710 of bzr.dev does not represent either bzr-0.8.1 or bzr-0.8.2.

Also, you probably want to treat the bzr.dev mainline revisions as
representing the releases rather than revision ID merged (which might
not include all the changes on the mainline).
