To help a little, because there is *no* concept of 'all the headers
combined', I can state that they are never talking about 'all the
headers combined' unless they say 'headers' with an 's', or they dont
know what they are talking about ;).
There are interesting collections of headers, such as hop-by-hop headers
and entity headers, which can be factored out - but they always need to
be explicitly named.
