post_commit_url usage?

Trying to get the post_commit_url to work correctly.

Have this in my $HOME/.bazaar/locations.conf

[/home/tanner/projects/everquest/eqitems/wordpress]
push_location = sftp://user@host.domain.com/path/to/eqitems/wordpress                                                        
post_commit_url = http://bazaar.eqenchanters.org/eqitems/wordpress/   

Have this in my $HOME/.bazaar/bazaar.conf

post_commit       = bzrlib.plugins.email.post_commit
post_commit_to    = bzr-commits at real-time.com
post_commit_sender = tanner at real-time.com

Yet, emails I get have the subject:

Rev 18: The message here in file:///home/tanner/projects/eqitems/wordpress/

Shouldn't that be something dealing with
http://bazaar.eqenchanters.org/eqitems/wordpress/ ?

Pretty sure I got the latest version, comparing my local repository with the
revision numbers at
https://launchpad.net/people/lifeless/+branch/bzr-email/trunk

$ bzr log -r -1
------------------------------------------------------------
