Well, test_rocks is fast. And ultimately I want them all centralized
(because then I can run './bzr selftest bench_startup' and see them all).

So I'm just thinking to leave it in until 0.12 is released, and then
remove it. So that we can have 0.11 and 0.12 show how much better
everything got, and then have everyone look elsewhere. :)
