Sorry this took so long. Here are a few possible bugs that you might
want to look at. I can certainly give you more detailed pointers if you
are interested in any one of these. Most of them I have ideas about
possible fixes, just haven't gotten around to it.

These have to do with how bzr ignores files:

https://launchpad.net/products/bzr/+bug/3780
https://launchpad.net/products/bzr/+bug/4559
https://launchpad.net/products/bzr/+bug/57637
https://launchpad.net/products/bzr/+bug/29488

This one should be relatively straightforward. You can look at how 'bzr
inventory' is working, and follow the comments on the bug report.
https://launchpad.net/products/bzr/+bug/30190

This one already has the beginnings of a patch, but it probably needs to
be updated to get it working for including in 0.12.

https://launchpad.net/products/bzr/+bug/32054

This one should be a fairly simple change, just to change from using
note() to writing to stdout instead. (Actually, it should write to
Command.outf() which would need to be passed around a little bit).
https://launchpad.net/products/bzr/+bug/54173

I can look around a bit more for some other possibilities if none of
these seem interesting.
