Oops, I am sorry for that. The reason was that
make_kernel_like_tree_committed was a tree on one of the bundle
benchmark classes, but John added a equivalent method to Benchmark with
the name make_kernel_like_committed_tree and it seems I forgot to rename
one of the places. I fixed it now.
