Release: BzrTools 0.11.0

Hi Aaron,

I just downloaded the tarball from 
http://panoramicfeedback.com/opensource/bzrtools-0.11.0.tar.gz, and I 
have a little problem.  The version it report is :

     __version__ = '0.12.0'

in __init__.py.  This make a few selftest fail.  Can you just confirm 
that I am not crazy, and recommend a course of action ?
