[merge][0.11] 'bzr inventory filename'

The attached patch moves the blackbox inventory tests into their own
file, and expands them a little bit. And then it adds the ability to
specify a specific set of files (bzr inventory filename --show-ids).

This closes a long standing bug:
https://launchpad.net/products/bzr/+bug/3631

Martin seemed to approve of the changes, but wanted a test case. So now
we have one (though the change is completely different because in the
mean-time we added --kind).
