Do you mean a vi macro, or adding a flag into bzr commit to give
something like RCS 'ci's little log entry thing? The latter seems
like something that would be not-entirely-useless...
FWIW, I set the textwidth on commit messages to 70, because I often
use log --short and ensuring it doesn't wrap makes things prettier.
