Benchmark display plugin

Hi all!

After some discussion with John, I decided to make the Benchmark display
code a plugin, due to its rather heavy dependency on the PIL (if
somebody still wants to have it in bzr.dev, we can discuss if of
course). It lives at

I also registered it at the plugin registry:

http://bazaar-vcs.org/PluginRegistry

The usage is quite simple:

bzr benchreport [<bzr branch> [<output location>]]

will create an HTML file and a CSS file in output location about the
performance history data it found in the specified branch of bzr. The
HTML file and CSS file are self-contained, all used images are embedded.

Suggestions for improvement of the code (see attached "patch"), the
display or the functionality are welcome!
