[PATCH] win32 fixes for selftest

I fix some reasons of failed tests on win32.
Patch attached. After patch selftest result is:

Ran 3329 tests in 1789.984s

FAILED (failures=22, errors=32)


This patch also fixes error during final cleanup of testing directory.

Please, merge.
