Well, we also don't currently have a good way to create a nested
sub-branch from the command line. (there is no bzr init --create-prefix,
or bzr branch --create-prefix).

So part of it was just being pragmatic, because I didn't want to add a
line that said 'ssh into the other machine'.

I agree that I wouldn't do the above in a '--trees' repo. But that is
why there are '--trees' repositories, and non-trees repositories.

Thanks for pointing it out. I used rst2html locally, and everything was
okay. Probably the wiki version is slightly incomplete. (Eventually
those should probably be change into real numbers, but while the
document is evolving [#foo] is more convenient.
