I'm not at all surprised.  I wrote install_bundle to install one or two
revisions at a time.  One obvious tweak would be to cache the BundleTree
texts.

Originally, I thought IterableFile was slowing things down mightily.
Now I've heard that lsprof unfairly penalizes function calls, so I'm not
sure if that's really true.
