[RFC] <link rel> support for bazaar?

Hi all,

I just accidentally tried to download Vincent's webdav plugin from the
launchpad URL
https://launchpad.net/people/v-ladeuil/+branch/bzr.webdav/trunk

Clearly, that doesn't work.  But what if it could?  After all, RSS
readers don't require you to supply the RSS URL-- they can scan a web
page for its <link rel="alternate" /> tag.

I think it would be nice if bzr could extract <link rel> tags from web
pages, and open the referenced branches instead.  Then you'd only need
to know one location for info or to download.

Do other people agree?
