bzr-gtk 0.10.0

Hi,

I'd like to announce the second version of BzrGtk, 0.10.0. This version
is intended to be used with Bazaar 0.10 (but only tested with the RCs at
this point).

bzr-gtk is a plugin for Bazaar that aims to provide a GTK+ interface to
Bazaar. Most notably, it contains the "visualize" (bzrk) and "gannotate"
tools.

There have only been a few minor changes since 0.9.0:

 * Replace non-UTF8 characters in diffwin rather than generating an
exception (fixes #44677) 
 * Use HPaned rather than HBox so long filenames can be viewed (fixes
#56993)
 * Fix exception when double-clicking revision without parents.
