[MERGE] stylesheet font updates

Hi all,

This bundle tweaks the fonts in the documentation stylesheet.
- - It centralizes the definition of the serif font
- - It fixes the name of Times New Roman
- - It simplifies the font-family of the "computer code" sections to
simply "monospace", assuming that users either have a good monospace
font setting or don't care.

On my work box, it was choosing "Courier", which, on both Windows and
Debian Sarge, is a uniquely horrible font[1].  I would much rather have
my system default (Andale Mono) for that.

[1] On systems where it's installed, "Courier New" (note the "New")
isn't terrible, but isn't great, either.
