I'm happy to announce the release of BzrTools 0.10.0

This version is intended to be compatible with the 0.10.x Bazaar series.
I am too cheap to offer a release candidate-- this is 0.10.0final.  Any
bugs found will lead to a 0.10.1 release.

BzrTools is a plugin that provides miscellaneous useful and/or frivolous
functionality for bzr.

The changes in this release are mostly minor.  (It's been only 13 days
since 0.9.0)
1. Shelf was updated to match Michael's latest
2. baz-import was sped up by removing a pointless merge
3. bzrtools import time was improved by avoiding importing PyBaz unless
using baz-import or baz-import-branch.
4. shove was deprecated in favour of merge --uncommitted
5. API usage was updated to match bzrlib 0.10.0
