Attention plugin authors: 0.10rc comes out today.

0.10rc1 is being released today, and fingers crossed, no changes will be
needed to make it into 0.10 final.

Now might be a good time to release [in whatever way you do for your
plugins(s)] a 0.10 version. - no API changes will be made to 0.10
between now and release of the final on this coming Monday.
